This project focused on designing a phone app that would provide users with a unique experience. I chose to create an app that was influenced by my passion for figure skating. I researched my top 100 ice skaters across 4 disciplines of figure skating, men figure skaters, women figure skaters, ice dancers, and pairs skaters. The app categorizes these skaters into the 4 disciplines and users can learn about the skaters and watch feature videos and live streams of competitions.
Color and design for this app were inspired by the Olympic Figure Skating. The shape of the containers is inspired by an ice rink shape. And the colors were inspired by the Olympic rings.
