"Render" social media app I designed for people who use sign language to communicate. The idea behind the app is to allow the deaf or hard of hearing community to verbally communicate over the phone with others. The user uses the front camera on their phone to use American Sign Language. Software would translate the sign language into audio the person on the other end of the line would hear. The other person would then speak and the software would translate the audio into text that the user could read on the app. This real-time translator would help users to communicate more effectively with people who are not fluent in sign language.
